ALBANY, N.Y. — Citizen action groups and some angry Capital Region residents are holding a news conference today to speak out against a health care reform proposal that does not include a public option.
President Obama has said he might drop the government-run option and instead consider a “cooperative” health care system in the hopes of gathering more Republican support for the bill.
