Yes, LET'S get this right! And does anyone really think that THIS Congress is capable of doing ANYTHING right? The hurry-up-and-pass-SOMETHING approach to an issue as crucial to the economic and social stability of our country is a disastrous way to go about initiating vast reform. Are we supposed to accept ANYTHING put forth under the label of health care reform, even if it doesn't come close to meeting our needs or liberal demands? Scott Murphy doesn't think we should. He voted no because it was readily apparent to him that the bill did not serve the needs of his constituents, and it did not represent true, VIABLE reform. I applaud him for his courage, particularly as a freshman in the House and particularly in the face of such an onslaught of outrage by liberal lemmings and the well-funded, slanderous campaigns they currently wage against him.
