Our 2025 Legislative and Policy Agenda outlines key legislative priorities and actions state agencies must take to meet the needs of everyday New Yorkers. This agenda, which includes bill numbers and detailed explanations, focuses on Public Money (revenue), Climate Justice, Democracy, Economic Justice and Workers’ Rights, Ending Mass Incarceration, Health Care Equity, Housing Justice, and Universal Child Care and Education Justice.
