Save Albany High – Vote YES on Tuesday, Nov. 3rd!

There’s an incredibly important vote this Tuesday, November 3rd. Albany residents will decide on a plan to rebuild Albany High School. I’m writing to urge you to vote “YES!”
Our schools should be at the center of our community. But right now our city is facing a dire situation – if we do nothing, the High School building will be unsafe, won’t have the capacity for a rapidly growing population, and prevent our students from achieving their full potential.
Something must be done. New York State will cover 63% of the cost – money than can only be spent on a new building. The cost to city residents will only be the cost of a cup of coffee or two each month, $3.50 a month on average.
We have the opportunity to make a real change in the lives of our children and the success of our whole city. A state of the art high school will provide students with a safe environment that truly meets their educational needs.
Please take a minute to show your support. Telling your friends that you support the new High School will really make a difference!
Join me in supporting this investment in the future of our city and the success of our children!
Thanks for all you do,
