The vote for the Kingston City School Board and the school district budget is on Tuesday, May 18.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. 

The Hudson Valley Chapter of Citizen Action New York has endorsed Robin Jacobowitz, Herbert Lamb, and James Shaughnessy for Kingston City School Board! These incumbents have historically prioritized equity and access, restorative justice, and education over profit. 

“I am proud to have the endorsement of Citizen Action for my candidacy for the Kingston City School District Board of Education. I appreciate their support as I continue to advocate for excellence and equity for all KCSD students,” said Robin Jacobowitz, candidate for Kingston school board.

Citizen Action of New York is a grassroots organization with eight regional chapters and over 30,000 members across New York State. Citizen Action works on issues important to our communities, including fair elections, equitable school funding, housing for all, environmental justice, and ending mass incarceration.
