Have you made your plan to vote? It’s the most important question you can ask people these next few days. Most of us have busy schedules and countless responsibilities. The simple act of planning your trip to the polls can make all the difference. Me, I’m a lunchtime voter. Why? There’s a smaller crowd and it gives me an excuse to buy lunch (instead of making a boring sandwich). What’s your plan on Tuesday?

AROUND THE STATE
Cleanup Carl was back in Albany to call out the seven billionaires who have poured $30 million (and counting) into State Senate and Congressional race. Our message is simple: The super rich shouldn’t be able to buy elections. We need to overhaul our broken campaign finance systems.
Our Hudson Valley chapter celebrated the work and dedication of local leaders at the Lace Mill in Kingston. Congressional candidate Antonio Delgado was on hand to toast Citizen Action’s commitment to fighting for racial and economic justice in the Hudson Valley.
On Long Island, a forum was held to highlight the devastating impacts of environmental racism. Assemblymembers Ramos, Jean-Pierre, Solages, and Engelbright, who sat on the panel, called for the passage the Climate and Community Protection Act, which would put New York on the path to 100% renewable energy.
